After years of wrangling blosxom I called it quits. You may recognize the wordpressy feel of the site now. Well thats because I switched to wordpress. Finding a reliable way to deal with comment spam on blosxom was really frustrating. Quite a few things are probably broken. I was able to import all my posts from my RSS2 feed, but no dice on the comments. In addition there are some formatting errors here and there, and any post that used the blosxom “seemore” plugin needs to hand twidled as well. Fooey.

Yay on the move. Your site needs some tweaking. Menubar looks weird on OmniWeb and somewhat on Firefox.
Some plugins you can use
Wp-contact form. For your Contact Stuff
Askiment Spam plugin – but you need a wordpress.com account
wp-hashcash is another good one uses MD5 Checksum system.
Fix your permalinks its under Options.
Google Sitemaps – Make google love you.
MyStatus or Include Page. I think you’d like one of those for people to keep track of where you are, or going on your sidebar. Two different methods. One gets the info from dashboard entries, the other from a page you made respectively.
Oh and WP-Cron so you can email backup of your blog stuff.
Cool thanks for the tips. The tabbed navigation CSS for the theme I am using seems to only be happy in IE, I am working on fixing that.
